Eighth Grade German Students Succeed in National German Examination

Congratulations to the outstanding eighth grade GCMS German students who recently participated in the Level 1 National German Examination. Sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of German, this prestigious exam is administered online via Quia and features 100 questions focused on listening and reading comprehension. All exam materials are drawn from authentic, real-world sources.

This nationally recognized assessment not only serves as a valuable tool for educators but also gives students the chance to showcase their language proficiency and measure their skills against peers nationwide. The GCMS eighth graders rose to the challenge and performed exceptionally well – an achievement that reflects both their hard work and the strength of the district’s German language program.
