Veteran Teachers Support New Educators in Yearlong Mentoring Program
This week marked the final workshop of this year’s teacher mentoring program, an initiative that pairs new educators with experienced, highly skilled, veteran teachers. Throughout the year, the program included workshops, observations and ongoing communication between mentors and mentees. These connections supported professional growth and helped build strong relationships among colleagues. During the final session, mentees were recognized and awarded certificates of completion. A special thank you to mentoring coordinator Katherine Squires for her dedication and contributions to the program’s success.
