Garden City High School art department shares Art Alumni Newsletter 2026

Garden City High School is proud to share this year’s Art Alumni Newsletter, celebrating the creativity, achievement and artistic growth that continue to define the GCHS art department.
Following College Acceptance Day and as the Class of 2026 prepares for the next chapter of their lives, the newsletter serves as a reminder of the limitless opportunities that can grow from a foundation in the arts. This year’s publication highlights GCHS art alumni who have gone on to become professionals in a wide range of creative fields, showcasing the many paths artistic passion and innovation can inspire. Their journeys reflect the lasting impact of arts education and the important role creativity plays in shaping both individual futures and a vibrant community.
Produced collaboratively by students in the media arts class under the guidance of Ms. Holz and Mr. Uttendorfer, the newsletter reflects the vibrant artistic spirit of the Garden City school community. Through alumni spotlights, student contributions and creative storytelling, the publication demonstrates how art connects generations, sparks dialogue and inspires reflection.
The Garden City community is invited to explore and celebrate the creative legacy that continues to thrive within the Garden City High School art department. To view this year’s newsletter, please visit: Art Alumni Newsletter.
Alumni interested in contributing updates, artwork or professional experiences for future newsletters are encouraged to contact Mr. Uttendorfer at uttendorfers@gcufsd.net.
